This poem, written for me M.ario
How many hours, many days
months and years lived between
between hope and disenchantment
disappointment and despair
and you empty, empty, always
empty in the belly and mind.
How many prayers lost
in the wind, how many tears
you are lying on your
pillow in the silence of the night.
Why deny yourself the more
great joy that
more will make you a woman?
Those tears are
but are still different,
brilliant and so abundant,
you sail the shining face
amazed, fall down and bathe
smiling lips. E are
even more while watching that
sky, looking through the clouds
and touching your belly,
know that there are those who listen to your
silence which is due infinite
because you now grows life
because it is now pregnant.
